LOW SEASON:   1 November 08 to 31 March 09
MID SEASON:    1 April 09 to 30 June 09 and 1 Oct 09 to 31 Oct 09
HIGH SEASON:  1 July 09 to 30 Sept 09

All prices are per week and in Pounds Sterling.
For hires of less than a week divide the weekly by six to get the daily rate.
For hires of a week and more divide the weekly rate by 7 to get the daily rate

These special rates are prepayable in the UK to Dovehouse Travel. Any hire that is paid in Resort will be payable in Euros and may be at a higher cost.

A non refundable deposit of £25 per car is required at the time of booking. Balance or full payment will be due no later than 6 weeks before the hire date please. optional extras i.e Child seats  requested on the booking form, , and the excess waiver insurance are paid in Euro's at the time of car collection and in cash please.

Car Hire is worked out on a 24 hour period, all bookings will incur an extra charge of 1 days rental, for example, If you collect your car at 9.00 am , you should return your car by 9.00 am on your date of departure.
If you pick up at 9.00 am and return at 4.00 pm this will incur an extra days hire.

Dovehouse Travel act as retail agents for Zitauto who booking conditions apply, and the contract is between the driver and Zitauto.

To obtain these rates, reservations and payments must be premade by Dovehouse Travel.

All vouchers will be forwarded to clients before departure and when full payment has been received.


Terms and Conditions

[1] Insurance is included in all car hire, with excess of 350 Euros for car groups B, H, L 650 Euros for car group J, and 750 Euros for car groups I and K.

[2] Clients have the option of taking extra insurance , to avoid the excess, by paying locally 20 Euros per week or part thereof for groups, H & L, 30 Euros for group D & J, and 40 Euros for groups I & K.

[3] The extra insurance will NOT cover for damage to wheels or tyres, lost keys or any accident caused by the driver whilst under the influence of alcohol and or drugs.

[4] Airport taxes and unlimited mileage are included within the shown rates.

[5] Baby seats, child seats and booster seats should be ordered in advance at the time of rental reservation, these are charged locally at 15 Euro per seat per week. If not ordered at the time of reservation but added later a
small administration charge may be levied.

[6] Roof racks are not available on any car group.

[7] There will be no charge for 4 extra drivers added to the insurance provided that prior notification is given. All driving licences must be shown at time of car collection.

[8] An imprint of a valid credit card is asked for locally, as a guarantee for a petrol deposit and excess insurance. This will be returned to the client if the car is returned undamaged and with an equal amount of petrol as on
collection.

[9] A valid driving licence and passport will be required by the Zitauto representative before rental commences.

[10] Cars are reserved by groups. The models quoted are examples of the car size and we reserve the right to substitute an alternative model within the same group as necessary.

[11] A Zitauto representative will meet clients in the arrivals hall and direct you to your hire car.

[12] Vehicles are collected at the airport and returned to the same parking area. If a vehicle is returned to another car park, clients will be charged accordingly to time parked.

[13] Minimum hire period is 3 days.

[14] If client is dissatisfied in any way with the condition of the car, this must be reported straight away to the ZitAuto representative. If needed, car can be changed at the beginning of the hire period.

[15 ] Please be aware that all bookings made then cancelled will be subject to a cancellation charge of £25 per vehicle per week.
